Clouds Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1Egg White
  • 1 Brown Toast
  • Coconut Oil

 


 

Recipe:

  • Preheat the oven on 230C , oil a backing pan and put it aside.DSC_1292
  • Whisk the egg whites very well until its fluffy
  • Get the toast and put the egg yolk in the center, then spread around it the fluffy egg whites.
  • Place the toast on the backing tray and put it in the oven for 5 minutes or until the egg whites fluffed up an turn gold-ish from the top.
