Sample Meal plan for perfect kids

Breakfast:

Oatmeal (organic) with mashed banana on top

Brown toast with peanut butter or honey spread

Cup of Milk


Morning Snack:

Fruit yogurt

3 chashews

glass of water


Lunch:

turkey and lettuce roll

carrot sticks with humus dip

glass of water


Afternoon Snack:

Mashed apples with cinnamon

glass of milk


Dinner:

they can have what you are having for dinner but take care of the amount of salts, sugar and spices you put in their serving

glass of fresh juice

tip: if you kids are potty training so Limit the juice at least 3 hours before bedtime


Bedtime snack:

Rice pudding

glass of water

fruit Kabab  ( fruit sticks)
